Dinner:
1/2 a boneless pork chop w/bbq sauce
chick peas and spinach cooked in a little chicken broth, topped with spaghetti sauce
millet cooked in chicken broth (first time I’ve had millet - reminds me of cous cous, but takes longer to cook). I’m going to use the rest of it for breakfast sometime.
Not pictured: 3 homemade chocolate & peanut butter chip cookies
I am almost to the point where I’m going to start using My Fitness Pal to track calories again. I have just been overeating way too much. The only thing that stopped me last week was that I ate a lot of things that I didn’t know the nutrition values on.
Exercise:
30 minute walk (1.52 miles)
20 minutes yoga
3x 7 resistance band hamstring exercises (per leg)
I really like that yoga routine, but I wish it were a little longer. Also, I figured out that my long walks over the weekend were about 3 miles long. That’s pretty long! (If you are wondering why my workouts are so easy compared to what I used to do and missed my earlier post, it’s by the advice of my chiro - until my back is fixed).
