Circuit 2 x2: Men’s Health Full Body Dumbbell Blast

12 reps of each exercise.

  • Straight-leg deadlift (5 lb weights)
  • Squat presses (3 lb weights)
  • Bent-over rows (3 lb weights)
  • Squat thrusts (no weight)
